We currently provide services, under contract, to Wolverhampton Council and have created a system that allows Deaf people to book Interpreters directly with the agency, placing the control back into the hands of the community. This has been very well received and continues to be a great success.
We also provide Interpreting services to New Cross Hospital and are proud to say that since this contract has come under our provision, the Deaf Community has seen a marked improvement in the availability of interpreters at their appointments.
We regularly work with Language Agencies to provide the BSL part of their Interpreting Provision contract. They testify to the fact that we ensure their appointments are covered at short notice and with appropriately qualified Interpreters.
Our services are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. In the event of a health emergency an Interpreter will be available to attend the hospital within one hour.
